I'm working on an EPA-funded project looking at technical and demand feasibility of light EV's, particularly this cool three-wheeler. There are a number of objectives, technical and qualitative, but the question is: Is there a class of vehicle that meets our mobility, comfort, and safety needs that doesn't impose such a tax on natural resources or the environment?
